For one year, ARMA has been successfully finding, tracing and managing assets derived from corruption and other crimes, and seized during criminal proceedings. The agency was established along the lines of similar institutions in Europe and is currently implementing transparent and effective mechanisms for managing seized assets in Ukraine.
ARMA is open to productive and mutually beneficial dialogue with Ukrainian business and defines the following key tasks for itself – Preserve! Raise! Recover!

European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI)
EU Anti-Corruption Initiative is the biggest EU support programme in the area of anti-corruption in Ukraine so far. The initiative with a duration of three years is supported by the European Commission with and by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. EUACI is financed by the European Union and co-funded and implemented by DANIDA, the Danish international development agency.
The aim of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative is to reduce the level of corruption in the country in order to foster democracy and promote economic development in Ukraine. The program consists of three components:
- Support and strengthening of the capacities of the newly established anti-corruption agencies;
- Cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Corruption Prevention and Counteraction;
- Enhancing the capacity of local government authorities, and assisting civil society, and the media to contribute to the fight against corruption.
